Animal Kingdom is one of our favorite places. (I know I say that about all of the parks). But I love that it is where I used to work. The animals are fun to see. It is also home to some favorite experiences: Lion King Show, Avatar Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safari, and Everest (that was closed while we were there...sad).
We loved exploring and seeing all that the park had to offer. Often, some of the best experiences are the walking trails and the animals that are scattered throughout the park. We loved exploring as we went along.
We stayed at Coronado Springs, which is considered an Animal Kingdom Resort, but it is halfway between Animal Kingdom and EPCOT. It is a HUGE resort! But we loved it! Next to the Polynesian, it was our favorite place to stay. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious!
Eating in the park, we tried Tiffin's. The food was good and it was fun to see the décor. They took all of the photos and drawings from the Imagineering trips to Africa. I loved seeing how those trips helped design Animal Kingdom!
