Once a year we get to celebrate this guy. He is growing up so fast. He is now taller than Lady Hiva and he is getting close to being taller than me (he already wears the same size of shoe as me). He is such a happy guy. He loves life. We enjoy his sense of humor, his talent at playing any instrument he learns, and his kindness for everyone.
We decided to go to Stuttgart and stay overnight, then go to Legoland. It was something we told him we could do after we went to Lego House in Denmark a few months ago. Keeping up with traditions, we decorated the room and did a pinata.
Not that these two needed any more candy! HAHA
At night we went exploring the neighborhood parks together. It was fun to laugh and just spend time with each other.
These two dressed up as Mario and Luigi. We had a good laugh.

His favorite part of the whole day was being in the Lego warehouse. They had ALL kinds of bricks to buy. We wandered around for over an hour just looking at all of the options. But we did not want to buy and then carry them all over the park all day. So we told him we would come back at the end of the day. All day he kept asking what time it was. He DID NOT want to miss the store before it closed.
Touring how Lego bricks are made.
We tried ice skating. It was not as easy because it was sheets of plastic, not ice. So after we all had sore legs from the skates, we decided to just give up.
This ride was our favorite. We had so much fun spraying other people and then being sprayed. All of us had sore arms after the ride because the pumps to spray were manual. It was a blast though!
We had fun looking at all of the Lego depictions of the cities in Europe that we had seen in real life. People are so creative.
When we arrived home his only request to end his day was that we all built Legos together. So we just sat and talked while we built. It was fun to see the creations we all came up with.
He was so proud that he could look at a photo of a Lego build and build it himself without instructions using bricks from the Lego Brick wall.
