Autumn has been an amazing experience. All the amazing things we love about the season we were able to do. We ended the season with Halloween! We love the community that we live in. All of the houses were so festive. The kids were so happy that many of them gave out "full-size candy bars!" Some of them had full meals to stop and eat and one had a table full of items to choose...it looked like a mini-Costco!
Pluba and Papa happened to be in town for a few weeks and the kids were able to spend time with them. They loved those adventures.
Every time they came home they shared stories of their adventures. Plenty of fun mixed with educational learning.
Laser tag and mini golf were a hit!
Koala Bear sang in the community Halloween celebration. That was fun too. She is quite the performer. I love that she enjoys it.
Our church congregation had a trunk or treat with a few other congregations and Lady Hiva and the kids LOVED the experience. They came home and told me all kinds of stories.
They were happy that Pluba joined us too!
They both wanted to be ghosts this year. Lady Hiva ordered some ghost costumes online and when they came they were these white robes with pointed white hoods....hmmm...sometimes items made in other countries don't quite understand the subtle meanings. I got the scissors out and cut off the hoods. SIGH.
We carved all of those pumpkins that we found in the pumpkin patches. (don't mind all the German words in the background)
