We had another day trip to celebrate Autumn. This time we went East instead of West. Our trip started in Virginia, through Washington, DC, Maryland, and ended in Delaware.
We stopped by another family owned farm in Eastern Maryland to pick (more) pumpkins and apples. Picking apples was one of Lady Hiva's remaining Autumn bucket-list items. One of the others was to go to Walt Disney World Halloween celebration, but we did not make it down there because of school and work.
It was a bit chilly and windy while we picked apples. It was a bit sad to see that the bugs had a feast on many of them. But we scrounged around until we found several apples that we could enjoy.
It was good to be at the beach again! This time at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware. It was a cool day so none of us said we were going to get in. But within a few minutes of being on the beach, both Muggles were in the water already.
It was a quick trip, but we loved it. Anytime that we can spend on the beach is welcomed and amazing!
