Come On, Spring! You Can Make It~!

We have been busy just enjoying the United States. We concluded winter and are cheering on the changes for spring! We have been busy with all kinds of activities--indoor and outside!

Both Little Muggles have loved piano with their amazing teacher, Sun-Mi! She is energetic and sings along as they play. We are lucky to have her.
We have tried to get outside as much as possible. It is finally warm enough that we can go out and do some hikes!

It is still not quite ready for spring, but there are signs as we go along. I love the beautiful colors of the spring flowers popping up in the brown winter brush.

We had a few big snow storms come through. We had so much fun playing in the snow together. We realized that we are raising some "warm weather Muggles" because they did not understand the mechanics of making a snowman! haha

Lucky Dragon is the king of making games and puzzles and activities. We are always so surprised to see that his creativity and his engineering skills make some amazing activities. His stop-motion videos are perfect too. Each one gets better than the last.

We finally did one of Lady Hiva's bucket list items and we played "Tortilla Slap." Lots of laughs and water all over.

We watched the local high school basketball team. That was so great! They played well and we became fans.

We did some hikes with friends too.

Lucky Dragon's favorite past-time, throwing rocks in the water.

The two Muggles made a small "store" at the base of a large tree at the park with items they collected around the area.

Lucky Dragon was able to go to the Temple for the first time with some great friends.
Both Muggles participated in their first Pine-wood Derby. They built their own cars and did all their own work. We just let them. We did not understand how big of a deal the activity was! It was like a full-blown race competition!

I had more cancer removed. It was a big hole they had to cut out this time. It was right above the shoulder. Talk about an awkward place for movement.

We also have been busy getting dentist appointments and doctors appointments done before we head out of the US again.

Lady Hiva had a meeting so the two Muggles and I went to an escape room. We had so much fun together. We were so confused at times, but we laughed the whole time.

We also went to some gymnastic places to try out our Ninja warrior style. These two are so talented. I love it. They are both great kids with some amazing talents.

We have been busy. We have loved everything we have done together. We have loved our time, but we are ready for spring to arrive!
